2019 Penrose Organization

The Penrose Park Velodrome is located within a city park and is owned by the City of St. Louis.

For 2019, events at the velodrome are permitted and insured through USA Cycling by the Metro St. Louis Velodrome Assn non-profit, and events are managed on site by the Rise Above Cycling Team.
